{"id":2780,"date":"2023-11-06T14:31:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T14:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/playfairadvisory.com\/?p=2780"},"modified":"2024-08-01T14:20:29","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T14:20:29","slug":"expanding-employer-sponsored-pathways-to-permanent-residence-pr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/playfairadvisory.com\/vi\/expanding-employer-sponsored-pathways-to-permanent-residence-pr\/","title":{"rendered":"Expanding Employer Sponsored Pathways to Permanent Residence (PR)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Home Affairs is currently working to implement changes to Employer-Sponsored Migration Program on <strong>25 November 2023<\/strong> for the following visas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temporary Skills Shortage (subclass 482) (TSS) visa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporary Residence Transition stream (TRT) of the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) (ENS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employers will be able to nominate holders of all TSS visa streams, including Short-term and Labour Agreement stream.
